The Lady Rams bowling team marched into Sherman Bowling Center with the intension of defending our pre-conference tournament title. The day started well with the team shooting 836 in the opening team set thanks to a 223 from Junior Sofia DeLuccia and a 193 from Junior Kyla Chapman. Game two slumped a bit with an 802 score but Kyla Chapman continued to score well with a 203 game. Game three saw a nice increase as the girls found their groove and shot 920 with DeLuccia leading the way with a 215 and Junior October Bishop chipped in a nice 191 game, The ladies had built a nice lead going into the Baker portion of the event and even with a slow start in the first two games, they pulled it together and shot two good games to take home the championship once again. Both Kyla Chapman and Sofia DeLuccia made it on the All Tournament team with DeLuccia taking the top spot and Chapman grabbing third. This vaults the ladies into first in the conference and puts them in the drivers seat to begin defense of their two-time OK Red conference championship. Another tournament tomorrow back in Muskegon as they look to make another statement in the Mona Shores Invitational.
