The Lady Rams Bowling team faced off against East Kentwood at their house, Spectrum Lanes, on Monday. The start of the match was not what we had hoped for as the ladies fell behind 2-8 after the two Baker games. However, they found some fight and energy in the team games and came away with 18 out of 20 points to take the match 20-10 and improve to a conference best 7-1-0. Top contributors on the night were Junior Kyla Chapman with a 205 game, Junior Sofia DeLuccia with a 178 and Junior October Bishop, who continues her steady improvement, with a 164. On the JV side, Sophomore Noel Duncan shot her high game of the season with a 152 while newcomer Lily Grant shot her best series of the season. Next up is a conference match up against Hudsonville on Wednesday at Rockford Lanes. This is our final home match of the season and will be senior night as we honor the boys graduating seniors. The ladies are looking to take another step to the three-peat as conference champions.
