Varsity Field Hockey picked up a big win versus Clarkston Saturday afternoon. Isabelle Shubert got the Rams going with an early goal with Maddie Rock picking up an assist. Maddie Rock then took her turn as she scored a nice goal to extend the lead to 2 -0 to end the 1st quarter. It was all Rockford from that point as they rattled off 6 consecutive goals to force the mercy rule in the middle of the 3rd Quarter. Alyssa Rosebery and Ellie Van Maanen each added two goals and Carolina Hernandez and Mallory Munger each added a goal while Jessie Coyle picked up her first assist of the year. Great team effort today. Both JV and Varsity return to action when they host East Grand Rapids Monday at 5:00 and 6:30 PM for a big cross-town match up!
