ROCKFORD ATHLETICS I HOME OF THE RAMS

The Rockford Girls Swim & Dive program kicked off the 2025 season with a bang on Thursday night, defeating their former conference rival Caledonia Scots 114-72. Swimmers and divers from all four classes contributed to the victory for the Rams while also achieving 10 varsity letters, 5 MISCA Meet qualifying times or scores, and 2 MHSAA Division 1 State Championship meet qualifying times. MISCA and State qualifiers can be seen below. The Rams next hit the water on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 5-6th for the 2025 West Michigan Relays. Diving relays will be Friday night, while the swimming relays will be Saturday morning, all at Hudsonville High School.
